These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”) provided by Interchouette (“we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Gregory Roussac.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Interchouette provides software development services, tools, and applications, which may include integrations with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts and third-party connections
Some features require an account or authorization through a third party (for example LinkedIn). You are responsible for:
- Keeping credentials and tokens secure;
- All activity under your account or authorized connection;
- Complying with the terms of any third-party platform you connect.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related infrastructure;
- Misuse APIs, scrape, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law;
- Violate LinkedIn or other platform policies when using connected features.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Services.

7. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interchouette and Gregory Roussac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
